Where these come from

Placements we made, not a salary survey. Hourly and daily figures are the charge rate: what an employer pays us, with the worker's pay, on-costs and our margin inside it. Permanent figures are the salary itself, because a permanent placement has no charge rate: the employer pays the person directly and a separate fee to us. Region comes from the client's own location, and we publish nothing, nationally or regionally, where we hold fewer than five placements. Permanent salaries cover full-time roles only.
